This area of New York City is known as the TRIangle BElow CAnal Street… bka “TriBeCa”. It’s name was coined in the early 1970’s as the local residents, primarily artists, sought to legalize their live/work spaces as did their counterparts of SoHo (South Of Houston). Thus the rich architecture of some of the most beautiful and stunning lofts and buildings in all of Manhattan, and now notoriously one of New York City’s most expensive & exclusive neighborhoods.

We have the largest collection of Speaker Rentals in Tribeca. Our stock consists of brands like QSC, JBL, EV, Turbosound, and a newcomer to the industry, all the way from Germany… LD Systems. For the best sound quality it’s best to always rent in pairs, so that you have a Stereo (Left + Right) configuration. In addition, this will reduce the strain you place on just 1 speaker, by spreading it out to 2 speakers. You’ll have much more clarity and coverage, and the speakers won’t be overwhelmed causing distortion and possible damage. Remember, it’s better to over compensate than to under compensate when it comes to sound. You’ll never know if you’ll need that extra power. Better to have and not need than to need and not have.

ALL of our products have prices listed. These prices are for a daily rental period (24 hours). Some items have additional discounts if rented for more than 1 day. This is listed on the product page as well.
We have been in the speaker rental business for well over 20 years. As one of the originators of renting speakers online, we are proud to service the Tribeca area with quality products and services.
We have warehousing in Brooklyn, NY and Secaucus, NJ to service our clients accordingly.

Once you are ready to rent from our company, you can do so from a variety of methods:

DELIVERY / PICK UP
While we do offer delivery and set up services for all of our equipment, there are some items which you can elect to pick up from our Brooklyn, NY warehouse. This will be listed in the product page of the item.
ALL of our items require a Credit Card on file in order to rent. Some items which have higher values, vintage equipment, or fragile will require additional insurance in the form of a Certificate of Insurance (COI) or a fixed security deposit placed on the credit card as a hold until the equipment is returned and tested to be in good order. Your account manager will provide these details upon confirmation.

Our normal operating hours for delivery are Mon – Sat from 8am – 8pm (EST). If you require delivery or pick up outside of these hours, there is an additional “after-hours” charge applied to your order.
Yes, we can definitely set up your speakers. We actually prefer to do this, so that you don’t have to worry about it.
We’ll hide the cables, taking into consideration your decor, venue policies / restrictions, and also making sure there is no tripping hazard for anyone.
Lastly, we’ll test and make sure you understand how everything works before we leave. We also offer on-site technical services for the duration of your event, if you require. Ask your Account Manager for details and cost.
We can have an Audio Technician remain on-site for the duration of your event if you require. There is an additional cost to this, which is calculated based on the Audio Technician level (A1, A2, A3), their responsibilities, as well as the location and duration of the event.
Our Audio Engineers are the best in the industry and can handle any situation as required. We can act as an audio engineer for bands, assist with recordings, manage radio frequencies to avoid interference of signals (this is NYC after all), and just remain on-site for piece of mind.
Our engineers will be well presented, groomed, and dressed in all black, wearing no logos / brands.
