It’s best to book as early as possible to ensure availability, particularly during busy event seasons. It’s best to have at least two months or more for preparation; however, if your event is very close, I invite you to call us at 646‑661‑4078, as we also provide express services.
Yes. The ETC Rentals team provides professional delivery, setup and strike for all major equipment, and certified technicians are available to install and operate gear on site,during all your event.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event are charged the full fee; cancellations made less than 48 hours are charged 50 %; and cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance receive a full refund minus non‑recoverable costs. Special‑order items are non‑refundable.
ETC Rentals accepts major credit cards, ACH transfers and business checks. To confirm a rental, a credit card on file, deposit or Certificate of Insurance is required, and full payment is normally due before delivery.
